I Care Medical Consulting was founded on a simple but deeply held belief: diagnostics plays a crucial role in patient care, and it deserves to be treated with the seriousness it demands.
This belief led Dr. Nirav Tanna and Dr. Jaya Tanna — a pathologist and radiologist husband-wife duo — to build a centre where quality, honesty, and empathy come before everything else.
What began as a vision rooted in strong fundamentals soon grew into something more — a genuine commitment to quality and care. Every report that leaves our centre is personally reviewed by our qualified, in-house specialists, and every patient is treated with the empathy they deserve, not the efficiency of a checklist.

Dr. Nirav Tanna
MD (Pathology) · 15+ years
Dr. Nirav Tanna is a certified MD in Pathology with 15 years of experience in the field of laboratory medicine. Early in his career, he came to understand just how crucial diagnostics is to the larger journey of patient care — a realisation that eventually inspired him to build I Care alongside his wife, Dr. Jaya Tanna.
Over the years, Dr. Tanna has held firmly to the belief that learning is a walk on a never-ending road, and it is this mindset that continues to shape I Care today. What started as a focus on the numbers behind the business soon evolved into something more meaningful — a deep-rooted commitment to quality and care. His aim has always been to build a respectable, trustworthy brand, one where every core value supports genuine quality assurance.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Tanna is passionate about health, fitness, and travel — interests that reflect the same discipline and care he brings to his practice.
Dr. Jaya Tanna
MBBS, DMRD, DNB (Radiology) · 15+ years
Dr. Jaya Tanna is an MBBS, DMRD, DNB Radiologist with over 15 years of experience practicing in Mumbai. Her expertise spans Ultrasound, Doppler, X-ray, Mammography, and imaging-guided interventions, with a strong focus on precise interpretation that supports informed clinical decision-making. She believes that an accurate diagnosis is the first, and most essential, step toward effective patient management.
Alongside her husband, Dr. Nirav Tanna, a practicing pathologist at I Care, she believes their combined expertise allows them to deliver the best possible diagnostic outcomes for every patient. Dr. Tanna is deeply committed to continuing medical education, constantly upgrading her knowledge to stay current with the latest evolving technology in her field. Her particular areas of interest include fetal medicine and women's imaging.
Compassionate and dedicated to her profession, Dr. Tanna's vision is to provide the best possible diagnostic facilities, powered by the latest technology, at prices that remain accessible to every patient. Outside of her practice, she leads an active and mindful life — prioritising daily physical activity, thoughtful food choices, and meditation.
